Tutu of your choice!
All About Tots Tutus are made with an elastic waistband that is sewn for durability and an abundance of tulle that is tied for maximum poof. The satin bow is sewn on so little hands can roam free with no worries of it being snatched off and all ribbon is treated to prevent fraying. There are tons of fun colors to choose from!
